Q: Where are the stocks situated at?
A: The stocks are kept in a residential home in Kuala Lumpur. We occasionally open booths at local anime events. So this is good news for those of you who wish to save on postage fees.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can send an email to this address: fuwaboshi@gmail.com with the subject (Stock Order), write down your order plus the quantity you wish to purchase. A quotation will be prepared for you before you comfirm the purchase.
Q: Why isn't the price listed?
A: Since this is a free lance business of buy and sell, there will be all sorts of customers. Plus, we charge differently according to the number of orders placed.
Q: Why are some of the items out of stock?
A: Since this is a small private business, we don't keep a large number of stock. Also, it will be a huge loss if the goods we import from overseas are unable to be sold out. We're just anime fans helping other fans to get the wanted object.
Q: Why not remove the out of stock items?
A: There is a possibility that with extra order and luck, we are able to get a new shipment of the item involved.
Q: What if I want an item but it is out of stock?
A: Don't fret when that happens. You can still make an order on it and we will inform you when the new shipment arrives. Sometimes, we will even notify you on the places that we'll be appearing to sell these items.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: We will guide you through the payment step-by-step once you confirm the quotation. Not to worry.
Q: What if the items are not of good quality or is damaged during the shipment?
A: This is something we cannot guarantee nor compensate on. It is a risk you will be taking and we are not responsible for any damage caused. But one thing is for sure, we only take in good quality items and we will ensure that the items sent out are in mint condition.
Q: What about the shipping/mailing/postage cost?
A: Depending on the place you wish the item to be sent to. We will inform you beforehand in the quotation. If the item is to be sent to a place in Malaysia, you can choose between a regular postage or Pos Laju, in which the price also differs.
